HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
Free standard shipping for all orders. Expedite shipping is available at additional rate.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER?
It depends on where you are located. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days, and shipped via USPS, which is estimated to take 2 to 7 business days (Mainland US). For more details, please check your email for your tracking information.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Please refer to your shipping confirmation email to locate your unique USPS tracking number.
WHICH SHIPPING CARRIER DO YOU USE?
We specifically use USPS as our main carrier services, due to their history of reliability and consistency across United States.

MY ORDER WAS MARKED AS DELIVERED, BUT I CAN'T FIND IT.
WHERE IS MY ORDER?
We are sorry to hear that you could not locate your package. Please do send us an email to let us know that your package is missing. Once you've let us know that your package is missing, we work with USPS to launch an investigation to locate the whereabouts of your package. USPS, on average, will conclude its investigation within 2 to 4 business days, and we will update you promptly. Meanwhile, please check with the other members of your household, or your neighbors to see if they have seen your misplaced package.

RETURNS
HOW CAN I RETURN MY PRODUCT?
We only provide prepaid return labels when the product received was damaged, defective, or wrong.
If you are simply returning because, you are not satisfied with your purchase or any other reason, please reach out to us via our contact us page, and we will be happy to assist you further.

WHERE IS MY REFUND?
If you have sent your return and it has been received by us, we will process the refund promptly. Please give us 1 to 2 business days to complete the refund process. After the funds have been released back to your original payment method, it will take 1 to 3 business days to reflect your account.
